What You'll Do:
In your role, you'll collaborate with different people across a range of skillsets. Here's a flavour of your day-to-day:
  • Develop and lead Market & Customer Insights strategy.
  • Integrate multiple data sources for a 360-degree customer view.
  • Manage a team of specialists across Market, Social, and Customer Insights.
  • Link insights to brand health and commercial performance.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships and communicate insights effectively

What You'll Bring

  1. 10+ years leading insights teams in market and customer intelligence.
  2. Deep industry knowledge and network with insights professionals.
  3. Experience designing and developing client-side insights teams.
  4. Strong leadership and team development skills.
  5. Proficient with market and customer intelligence tools.
  6. Expertise in strategic planning and implementing multinational programs.
  7. Skilled in stakeholder management and problem-solving in complex environments.
