Quality Officer - SIRO (Dublin)

Overview of role: This role is primarily focused on analyse/report and Correction all the quality issues raised from the client and the ones raised by the Quality Officer performing their role daily during sites visits. You will be responsible in preventing the occurrence of any non-conformances related to the processes and that every team comply the Workmanship's Standards of Installation. As aQuality Officer your duties & responsibilities will include:
  • Analyse and Review all Quality Reports open with quality Defects from ArcGIS.
  • Gather proof and evidence of deviations being corrected on site by the uploading of pictures and closing the quality reports opened on the platform.
  • Understand in full all the workmanship standards of installation required of the client.
  • Make sure the teams whilst working are using the best practices according with the Client guidelines.
  • Provide technical assistance to the team to support production efforts by implementing corrective and preventive action.
  • Report to the Fibre Project Manager all the defects self-raised and opened by the client so a remedial plan can be put in place to correct it accordingly with the type of work.
  • Support the team with collecting, compiling, measuring, organizing, and recording data, and by writing procedures.
Essential Skills & Knowledge Requirements:
  • Previously knowledge on similar function in Quality or related discipline will be a plus.
  • Capable of assuming responsibility for successfully accomplishing work objectives and delivering business results, setting high standards of performance for self and others.
  • Ability to find opportunities to improve and extend their contribution to the organization and their teammates.
  • Demonstrating the highest commitment to integrity and showing respect for and value all individuals for their diverse backgrounds, experiences, styles, approaches, and ideas.
  • Ensure information is complete and accurate; follow up with others to ensure that agreements and commitments have been fulfilled.
  • Strong organizational skills, ability to define, delineate roles and responsibilities effectively; plan well, flexible and able to facilitate change, optimize quality and productivity as projects progress.
  • IT literate, specifically in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, ArcGIS (training available)
  • Full Driving Licence and willingness to travel.
