BMS Project Manager - London - £60-70K


BMS Project Manager- £60-70K – London We are working with a well known market leading BMS company who due to continued growth and success require a Project Manager to join the Southern Project Management team. This is a Hybrid role up to 3 days on site and 2 days from home. Please also note you need to have experience working on BMS (building management systems) or HVAC projects. This is an essential requirement. The company offer a generous package alongside a market leading annual salary. Your Mission This position is crucial for delivering professional and high-quality services to customers and ensuring the successful completion of all BMS projects. The role involves providing excellent service to both internal stakeholders and customers, meeting project deadlines and budgets, and upholding quality standards and safety policies. Main Responabilities Full cost management of allocated projects Adhere to all company ISO, H&S procedures & policies. Ensure compliance with company H&S and CDM requirements, including production of relevant documentation. Attend site progress meetings when required, including project review meetings and produce weekly project reports. Overall responsibility for submitting project variations and interim applications for payment. Support final account agreements with the assistance from the Regional Manager or Commercial Director Ensure project files are kept up to date and in line with the quality management procedures. Co-ordinate with estimating/sales team at a technical/commercial level Attend project handover meetings as required Create & manage a project programme of works Prepare monthly revenue forecast and C2C reports Regular communication with customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction. Responsible for procurement of control items, sizing control valves etc. Approving control panel drawings/design Responsible for labour forecasting and management of project resources, including design & delivery Responsible for the management of sub-contractors Assist with coordination of internal and external resources Continually evaluate, review, and report the performance of sub-contractors Ensure operatives under your control are suitably trained to carry out the tasks they are have been allocated Carry out project design including generating technical submissions and reviewing external design engineering Prepare O&M manuals and other documentation such as commissioning/witnessing packs and ensure all as commissioned/witnessing information is stored on sever upon project completion Attend training courses and meetings as required Ensure method statements and risk assessments are adhered to and amend where necessary    The Ideal Candidate Ability to work well as part of a team but also work efficiently on your own Commercial awareness Strong leadership qualities Driven to achieve with a can-do attitude Technical expertise on multiple BMS/HVAC products Good attention to detail Exceptional time management and organisational skills Self-motivated, responsible, and accountable Customer Service Skills – ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing Ability to use Microsoft office including Project    The Package A highly competitive salary A generous bonus scheme Pension Health Insurance A phone for personal use Car Allowance or Electric Car Scheme Private Medical Cover Ongoing training as required 25 days holiday (plus bank holidays)    Get in touch with VIGO to hear more about this incredible opportunity
