HGV Class 2

HGV Class 2 driver required for a position with our well-established client in Burton on Trent. The role is a Monday to Friday position and will be on an ongoing basis. A permeant position will be made available for the right candidate. The start time will be between 03.00am and 05.00am and will usually be between 10-12 hours per shift. Job role will include: * Multidrop deliveries to stores * Cage work * 10-12 hour shifts * Driving with care and attention not to damage the product * Completing vehicle defect and maintaining logs * Completing delivery paperwork and ensuring this is returned to transport office The Candidate: * A valid full category C Licence * Minimum 1 year HGV Class 2 driving experience * Demonstrate excellent communication skills * Work well with others as part of a team * Have good customer service skills and an eye for detail * Must have a current CPC and Digi card * No more than 6 points on your licence for insurance purposes (no DR/DD/BA/IN offences) If interested, please apply online, call (phone number removed) or text ‘HGV 2 Burton’ to (phone number removed) Job Type: Full-time Pay: £14.50 - £16.00 per hour DOE Expected hours: 45 – 50 per week Benefits: * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekend availability Supplemental pay types: * Bonus scheme * Loyalty bonus Ability to commute/relocate: * Burton-On-Trent: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required) Work Location: In person
