Site Manager (no1) - Super-Prime Residential Fit-Out Knightsbridge £265 - £290 per day - (Depending on Experience) Temporary Start 20th May Duration: 20 weeks *Freelance Site Manager - 20 weeks work - Super-Prime Residential Fit-Out in Knightsbridge* Specialist Principal contractor | Negotiated contract | Knightsbridge | circa £1m fit-out of a £20m 3-bed apartment built a few years ago. The new owner wants to put their twist on it so the work is more of a high-end finishes job as opposed to construction per se. Work comprises of full strip out, re-wire, adding wall coverings, decoration, joinery, tiling with high-end finishes. Working with a designer spec (fancy designer). Monday to Friday. Noise restrictions will apply due to the location so need a good organiser and communicator. Experience required: •Able to demonstrate full responsibility from start to finish on prime residential refurbishment and fit out experience on project values from £1m - £4m •Carpentry trade ideally (not essential) •Current SMSTS and 1st Aid Typical responsibilities include: •Supervision and direction of the subcontractors •Health & Safety control •Collaborating with Architects and Designers Working Drawings, Client Approvals This role may also be known as Site Manager, Senior Site Manager, Project Manager or Construction Manager If you have the relevant experience as stated above and would like to apply for this Site Manager Job in London, then please contact Spencer Wade or email an updated CV to spencer @ (url removed)
