Job Title: Forklift Engineer Location: Swadlincote Job Type: Permanent Overview: Our client is an independent hire organization providing a vast fleet of Powered Access, Plant and Tools nationwide. Opportunity to be responsible for the service, repair and maintenance of gas, electric and diesel Material Handling equipment. What do I need? * Mechanical knowledge * Electrical and Hydraulic knowledge * Experience working with Forklifts, Plant Machinery, or similar equipment * Effective organisational skills and planning. Responsibilities: * Service, maintenance and repair of diesel, gas, and electric forklift trucks * Perform mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical fault diagnosis * Carry out PDI’s (pre delivery inspections) and testing of equipment Desirable: * City & Guilds or NVQ Level 2/3 in Forklift Engineering or Plant Other Benefits: * Up to 25 days paid holiday * Company pension * Monday – Friday * With overtime available
