What We're Looking For: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with a passion for primary education. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to engage and inspire young learners. Adaptability and resilience to thrive in a dynamic school environment. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and students. Responsibilities: Delivering engaging and interactive lessons that cater to the diverse needs of students. Creating a positive and inclusive classroom environment conducive to learning. Assessing student progress and providing constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborating with colleagues to plan and implement effective teaching strategies.
