M&E Supervisor

M&E Supervisor Birmingham £40,000 per annum Static M&E Supervisor role for someone to manage the ppm's and compliance at a large high profile estate in Birmingham City Centre. This role will suit you if you have a track record in hard services maintenance, with knowledge of statutory compliance and health and safety. This is a permanent position paying a basic salary of £40,000 per annum, working Monday - Friday 40 hours per week.  Your main duties will include (but not limited to): Management of sub-contractors whilst working on site Updating and maintaining log books Take responsibility for the delivery of pre planned maintenance, supervising both directly employed and sub-contracted labour Carrying out risk assessments, issuing permits to work Providing technical advice to engineering team as and when necessary The ideal candidate will need to be PC literate, and hold technical qualifications in a building services maintenance trade (electrical/mechanical/HVAC).  On offer is a permanent position paying up to £40,000 per annum, 25 days annual leave plus stats, and further training and development opportunities.  To apply for this position please click 'apply now' to forward your CV.
