You will be responsible for: Delivering brand standards across a set menu Training and developing your team Reviewing and meeting budgets in terms of GP and labour costs Monitoring all practices to ensure exceptional health and safety at all times Inspiring and motivating junior members of the teamThe Who: We will consider all applications on their own merit and the list below is by no means a tick box.
