This Trainee Management Accountant role, which has become available from an internal promotion, is a great opportunity for the right candidate to further their career in finance. The ideal candidate will have previous accounts experience & thrive in a changing environment. This is a role suitable for someone wishing to learn & progress. Role & Key Responsibilities Assistance with the preparation of month end management accounts Assistant with the preparation of month end P&L and balance sheet reconciliations Posting journals, accruals and prepayments Raising monthly manual invoices Support our Finance Assistant with the recognition of daily revenue and cost of sales Assisting with auditor queries and requests where required Required Skills & Experience Studying towards an accounting qualifications (AAT or early stages of CIMA/ACCA) Good Excel skills, with a passion for developing this further Highly organised, self-motivated, enthusiastic personality Excellent communication and team working skills Package & Benefits Study support towards AAT, ACCA, or CIMA Hybrid Working 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, increasing to 30 after years of service Birthday off Private medical insurance Cycle to work scheme Discounts and benefits Holiday trading scheme- buy and sell up to 5 days per year Great working culture and social events Free on-site parking “Our local Lancashire Axon Moore team recruit all accounting and finance roles from CFO to transactional finance on both a temporary and permanent basis.
