Temporary Pricing Specialist

Overview: Our client is looking for a Temporary Pricing Specialist to assist the company with relevant IT and pricing issues for 2 – 4 weeks. The right person for this job should be highly skilled in excel and all-round IT knowledge. * Based in Chessington * £19 - £22 Per Hour * 40-hour week * Parking * Paid Weekly Job specification: * Raising IT tickets on an IT portal - Intact IQ * Liaising with staff across the whole company and taking notes of their issue and raising tickets with the relevant IT department * Investigation of issues and errors on the CRM Software intact IQ * Product and pricing queries investigation – liaising with all suppliers * Managing excel price lists – getting it to a suitable stage of being uploaded onto the system * Using Vlooks-up and complex formulas in excel to get the pricing to reflect correct discounts * Working across multi-currency price lists * Uploading price lists onto the CRM software Intact IQ * Managing set up or product making sure correct discounts / mark up applied * Support with new version software update * Creating new users on Intact IQ as well as email set up and hosted desktop environment support.
