PMLD teacher

Tradewind is looking for a PMLD teacher for a special school in North London. The role is full time starting ASAP with scope to continue into next academic year or become permanent. The school: A day school for pupils aged 2-19 years with a range of severe learning difficulties including profound and multiple learning difficulties (PMLD). The school's goal is to enable each pupil to develop his or her full potential. A broad and balanced curriculum is provided that is differentiated to meet individual needs and which enables access to the National Curriculum As a PMLD teacher you will be responsible for the below: Planning and delivering appropriate lessons for pupils with PMLD Working with the support staff to put in place and run interventions Monitoring and assessing student progress Updating and setting targets for children.
