Deputy Manager Hereford, Hertfordshire Adults with learning disabilities Salary - Up to £34k per annum We are currently looking for an exceptional leader to work with a reputable care provider as a Deputy Manager to oversee a residential service for adults with learning disabilities and physical disabilities Hereford. To be successful in this role you will; Have minimum 2 years supervisory experience in a residential or supported living setting. Have experience working with adults with learning disabilities & physical disabilities. Hold a minimum of a NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or equivalent). Be flexible for shift work including morning, afternoons, evenings and every other weekend. Be confident in providing leadership to the staff team. Be dedicated to providing outstanding care.
