Classroom Supervisor Vision for Education are actively recruiting for Classroom/Cover supervisors to work in a secondary school located in Tonyrefail! The role would involve you supporting secondary aged pupils and covering the class while the class teacher is away. If you are a teaching assistant looking for your next step in education or an experienced cover supervisor, then this exciting opportunity is perfect for you! Responsibilities: Supporting pupils as they undertake work in line with the Welsh National Curriculum Maintaining classroom discipline. Building relationships with the pupils and colleagues Contributing to the school’s culture and ethos Providing an excellent educational experience for the pupils in the class. What we are looking for: An enthusiastic individual with a drive to make a difference in children’s learning. Experience working in a secondary school setting Excellent communication and organisational skills Knowledge on the National Curriculum Strong classroom management skills Benefits: Excellent rate of pay of £100 to £110 per day!
