Design Manager - Mission Critical Contract Outside IR35 London Are you a Design Manager - Data Centres looking for a new challenge within a large consultancy? Do you want to autonomy and responsibility in a role whilst being part of a high-performing business? Does working on Hyper-scale Data Centre projects across Europe interest you? Senior Design Manager - Data Centres responsibilities: Coordinate successfully with other disciplines including MEP, Civil Engineering, Structural Engineer and Project Management teams Using your 10+ years of experience, manage design of Data Centre Projects Manage the technical aspects of design of projects Work to a timely manner and making sure the work going out is delivered on time and to specification Have a holistic approach to your work whilst making sure the deliverables are correct from inception Be innovative and operate at a high level of communication with numerous stakeholders The successful Design Manager - Data Centres will have a high level of communication and the right attitude to communicate with clients and disciplines alike, you will have the opportunity to be a point of contact for clients meaning your role is a focal role to the projects effectiveness. Based in the heart of London with good levels of flexible working, this company work at a fast pace and would be a great opportunity for someone to make the role their own whilst working on some of the most innovative data centres in the world. The role will be a hybrid working role, from the office and home based. On offer is an excellent contract rate of between £50 - £60p/h for the successful applicant. This is an Outside IR35 assignment.
