Project Manager – Prime Residential My client are a Design & Build specialist, who produce prime residential dwellings. Their projects predominately consist of prime residential refurbishments of existing properties, bespoke new builds, luxury apartments, extensions, and basement construction. Founded in recent years and built on decades of property experience, my client has an established presence in some of the most affluent areas of SW London and the home counties. The majority of their current projects are located in Chelsea & Kensington. A lot of their work comes from repeat business or recommendation, which is a testament to how well they operate as a company, and the quality of service they provide. Due to their volume of current and pipelined projects, they are now currently seeking a Project Manager to oversee up to x4 projects at any one time (dependant on size and value). Typical contract values ranging from £200k - £2m+. This is an exciting role for a construction professional who has a proven track record as well as a stable career managing various prime residential projects. Candidates must be IT Literate and have experience completing programmes, leading client and project team meetings, as well as being able to communicate effectively with clients, subcontractors, commercial staff and architects etc. The successful candidate will be based between office and sites, and they will also have the opportunity to work from home one day a week.
