Main Duties: To support for the day-to-day Sales Administration with German queries The Role: - Ensure all the necessary office-based administration and support is provided for Germany - Answer telephone calls, emails from customers & dealers - Process all call/email related documentation & general office administration - Prepare both equipment and spare parts quotations - Handle all enquiries, liaising with all areas of the business and third-party suppliers. - Receive, process and ship both equipment and spares orders in a timely and efficient manner. - Coordinate Germany warranty & service calls through existing service partner network.
