Architectural Technician

This architectural team of 20 continue to grow who are part of an established multi disciplinary organisation. They encompass architecture, BIM Management, CDM and surveying and have projects within sport, hospitality and commercial sectors. Working in this collaborative environment with a great variety to your role you will contribute with. - Production of technical drawings - Carry out studies and design proposals for review - Managing planning applications / building regulations - Visiting sites investigating building works You will have 'technical design' experience and be able to coordinate work effectively. In order to be successful you will be proficient with REVIT and hold a good understanding of the construction legislations. They work in a modern office that they moved into last year which has excellent facilities with many nearby amenities.
