What You'll Be Doing as a Newly Qualified Solicitor

This dynamic environment provides a broad range of work, diverse clients, and opportunities for professional growth and learning from experienced lawyers across various practice areas.

• Advise on transactions ranging from simple to complex, including bespoke deals.
• Handle mid-market secured lending transactions, acquisition and leveraged debt, real estate finance, and asset financing, often with international elements.
• Provide financial services regulation advice to a diverse clientele, including banks, funders, and borrowers.
• Collaborate with the firms cross-office Banking and Finance team, gaining exposure to transactions in Wales and across the UK, including London.
• Work closely with colleagues from other practice areas, including Corporate, Real Estate, and Business Restructuring and Insolvency teams, on cross-team and cross-office projects.

To thrive in this role, as a Newly Qualified Solicitor you'll need:
