Engineer Surveyor (Pressure Systems / Air / Steam / Mixed Gases)

Salary: Basic up to GBP49,500, Bonus, Van, Various Other Benefits

Location: Covering North of England down to London

A growing organisation are currently recruiting for a Engineer Surveyor to complete inspections on pressure systems, air compressors and steam equipment. Covering North of England down to London (M1 Corridor) area, you will be required to inspect the necessary equipment and report on any mandatory or recommended requirements. This is a fantastic opportunity for a Field Service Engineer within the Pressure / Steam / Mixed Gases environments to move into a specialist position and meet different clients on a daily basis.

Skills required for an Engineer Surveyor:

• Must by working as a Engineer Surveyor on Pressure / Steam or Boiler Equipment.
• Have experience and knowledge of Mixed Gases.
• Mechanically biased Engineer with some Electrical knowledge.
• No formal qualifications are needed but the candidate must come from a Pressure Systems, Compressed Air or Steam background.
• Have good knowledge of Health & Safety (PSSR Regulations) as well as Quality and Environmental factors.
• Candidates from a Forces Background who have worked on similar equipment, would be very suitable.
• Candidates can live anywhere from London up to Newcastle-upon-Tyne as you will be covering basically the whole of England.
• Be able to potentially spend 3 nights a week away from home and cover the North of England to London area.
