Mechanical Engineer

Mechanical Engineer Bognor Regis GBP40K-GBP45K Futures Recruitment Services Ltd are currently searching for an experienced Mechanical Engineer with experience in a Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering background with particular experience skills in Mechanical engineering. The successful Mechanical Engineer candidate must have the following skills and experiences:

Experience of Mechanical Engineering Engineer (essential)
Experience from a Manufacturing / Construction / Engineering background (essential)
Management or supervisory experience (desirable)
Excellent communication skills along with problem-solving and decision-making capability
Strategic thinking skills and the ability to act decisively when needed

The successful Mechanical Engineer candidate will have the following responsibilities:

Manage the engineering functions for the product range
Provide technical support and resources on existing products
On the New Product Introduction NPI process
Prioritise improvements & resolve issues
Manage and allocate resources, working with other teams
Develop customer relations, developing satisfaction & product longevity
