Job Opportunity: SEN Teachers/Teachers with SEN Experience Are you a passionate educator with experience in Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)? We're seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in Epping, Harlow, Loughton, and Chigwell. If you have Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and a heart for making a difference in the lives of children who struggle to access the full curriculum in a traditional classroom setting, we want to hear from you! Position Overview: Provide 1:1 support to children with SEN during 3-hour blocks. Sessions can take place in the student's home or neutral settings like community libraries. Block durations vary from 4 weeks to termly based on the complexity of needs. Commitment to the provided timetable is essential for maintaining consistency for students. Students will engage in no more than 15 hours of sessions per week.Requirements: QTS and experience working with SEND students. Flexibility to work with both primary and secondary students, with core subject specialisms. Exceptional communication skills with students and the organization. Ability to adapt to shorter workdays.
