The pupils are well behaved within the classroom and around the school. The teachers are highly motivated and encourage the pupils to meet their full potential. The Role: • An adept professional dedicated to motivating students to achieve their utmost potential. • Responsibilities include meticulous lesson planning. • Adherence to the school's behaviour code is imperative. • Proficient in catering to the diverse needs of students with special educational requirements in the classroom. Ideal Candidate: • Possession of an up-to-date, valid DBS check or a commitment to obtaining one. • Holder of QTS/PGCE or an equivalent teaching qualification. • Capability to furnish two years' worth of employment references. • Proficient in working effectively with Key Stage 3-5 pupils. • Ability to commute within and around Hertfordshire as needed.
