Design Engineer

ROLE- Product Design Engineer LOCATION- West London TERM- Permanent SALARY- £30,000 - £38,000 (dependent on experience) Premier Engineering are currently recruiting for a Product Design Engineer to join a growing company in West London. The role will involve taking projects from initial concept through to manufacture. You will be using Creo and SolidWorks and designing electro-mechanical products. Ideally we would like you to: Be skilled in using 3D CAD software (Creo or strong SolidWorks skills) have at least 2 years’ experience in a Product Design position would be idea  Be able to create models / prototypes Be technically minded with a head for problem solving Have an understanding of design for manufacture Have a design related degree (Product Design, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering etc.) Have excellent communication and teamwork skills  Responsibilities: Develop your ideas from concept to production Sketch ideas and develop concepts Create models/prototypes Do market research, work with clients and listen to their feedback Use all manufacturing processes  If you are interested in this position, please apply with an up to date CV as soon as possible
