Project Manager - Construction

We have a great opportunity for a Project Manager to work with an established Carpentry and Joinery contractor in London. The Project is near Holborn and is will be a CAT B Office Out (you will be responsible for the carpentry/joinery and washroom packages). You will be responsible for managing the whole site, with a Site Manager reporting into you and will be reporting to the Contracts Manager daily. Whilst managing the site and program you must also be maintaining a high standard of health & safety while ensuring the project is completed on time and within budget. The ideal Site Manager must have: Have Office Fit Out experience Washroom experience Come from a joinery/carpentry background Have experience in delivering CAT A and B Fit outs Experience successfully running fit out projects as a Site Manager on office fit outs and other types of projectsWhat's in it for you?
