Insight Employment are seeking an Administrator/Customer Services person for a client of ours based in Brackley, Northamptonshire. The Role: - You will be working on behalf of the RAF support the Airman and their Families in having all the equipment, training and personnel necessary to accomplish any mission quickly, efficiently decisively. Along with other duties. Requirements: - * Excellent customer service, verbal & written communication skills are essential. * Must have previous experience in an administrative or customer service role. * Professional telephone manner. * Proficient PC, Publisher, PowerPoint & Adobe Acrobat skills. * Must be familiar in navigating web sites, social media sites and perform searches on the internet. * Attention to details.
