Role: Site Manager Location: Northampton Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 + Package Starting: As soon as possible Reporting to: Project Manager The Site Manager role PSR are working with a leading multi-disciplinary tier 1 contractor who are after a number of project wins are looking for a Site Manager to assist on civil projects within the water industry. Our client is seeking you to manage a new programme of work with on clean water projects As a Site Manager working with this business you'll receive regular appraisals and opportunities to rise up the ranks while working with some of the best talent in this industry Key responsibilities as a Site Manager Management of Safety, Health, Environmental and Quality (SHEQ) matters for areas of direct responsibility Manage design & pre-construction, construction to close out to meet all contractual requirements Assist Project Manager to plan and allocate appropriate supervisory resources as required by the site team Provide assistance to the Scheme Lead on construct ability issues during the planning phase of the project and manage the resource allocation for early construction activities that may take place during this phase Essential requirements as a Site Manager Clean water and/or Waste water experience SMSTS CSCS First Aid For more information on this role or to discuss your next career move please contact Dylan @ PSR Solutions.
