Assistant Manager - Retail


We are seeking a motivated and customer oriented Assistant Manager to join the team with our St Andrews based client. You will play a key role in providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in the store. This is a full-time position with opportunities for growth and development.

Duties:

  • Greet customers and provide assistance in finding products or answering questions
  • Maintain a clean and organised store environment
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently
  • Promote and upsell products to meet sales targets
  • Assist with inventory management, including restocking shelves and monitoring stock levels
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve store goals
  • Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
  • Handle customer complaints or concerns with professionalism and resolve issues promptly

Requirements:
