Capital Works Programme Manager

Greenacre are pleased to be working with a large London council in their search for a Capital Works Programme Manager (Stock Investment Manager). What’s the role? The Capital Works Programme Manager plays a key role in the delivery of up to £40m worth of capital projects per year. Providing management and leadership, you will work with your team of Contract Managers to design, develop and deliver the capital programme, reporting risks, opportunities and improvements through to the Housing Quality and Investment Leadership Team.
