English Teacher Job Responsibilities: Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that inspire and challenge students. Foster a positive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported in their academic journey. Utilize a variety of teaching methods and resources to accommodate diverse learning styles and abilities. Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback to support their development. Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices and contribute to the overall success of the English department. Participate in extracurricular activities and school events to enrich the educational experience for students. English Teacher Job Requirements: Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognized teaching qualification. Strong subject knowledge and a genuine passion for English literature and language. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate students. Experience working with students of varying abilities and backgrounds, including those with additional learning needs. Dedication to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people. Commitment to continuous professional development and keeping abreast of educational trends and best practices.
