Do you live in or near to Wigan? Prospero Teaching are looking for Design and Technology Teachers to work in a across Wigan to start as soon as possible. It is essential that you are a Qualified Teacher/qualified to teach food technology to key stage 3 & 4 pupils. CONTRACT/POSITION DETAILS Location - Wigan Position - Design and Technology Teacher Start date - ASAP Full time Minimum rate of pay - £140 per day Hours - 8:20 am - 4:00pmEXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS QTS, QTLS, PGCE, GTP, SCITT or equivalent Previous experience teaching in a UK school Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (essential, we can provide training) Up to date prevent Awareness training issued in the last 3 years (essential, we can provide training) Recent Food Technology UK teaching experience preferredTO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST: Hold Right to Work in the UK Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application Provide a minimum of two professional child related referencesIf you would like to be considered for this role, please apply with a copy of your up to date CV.
