Client Development Manager

Client Development Manager required to work for an established courier organisation. Hours – Monday to Friday 9am-5.30pm with flexibility when needed. Salary + £250 monthly car allowance and mileage paid. Role responsibilities: * Build and manage existing client accounts/relationships, including upselling of additional services. * Schedule and attend regular client meetings/site visits to establish needs and opportunities. * Work closely on new client opportunities with full support from the MD. * Social Media engagement – Individually for brand awareness and networking opportunities. * Social Media engagement – add value for the current manager of the linked in pages. * Building a strong understanding of the core network and service scope. * Negotiating and updating commercial terms and conditions with existing customers. * Attending trade shows and events to raise company profile. * Proactive approach to process improvement within the commercial team. Previous industry experience advantage, along with sales / account management experience. Happy to travel. Benefits Salary depends on experience.
