The Role: * This is a UK Service Manager for the Ultrasound division, with on-site engineers and field service engineers. * Managing a diverse team, overseeing the development of the service division and continued growth of the department. * Your team are working across the UK and you will ensure they are fully trained, compliant and overall, a happy team that feel valued. * Working closely with the Sales Team to deliver growth to the business while ensuring excellent customer service at all stages. * This position offers a great opportunity to be part of an exciting expansion phase for this business. * Technically home based, this role is covering the UK but you will work remotely when possible. * This role offers ongoing career development with a global organisation. Package: * Basic up to £100k (DOE) * Bonus scheme * Company Car scheme * Phone, laptop etc * Great pension scheme * 25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays * Other staff benefits The Ideal Person: * It is essential that you have proven background in ultrasound serving, and still enjoy getting on the tools from time to time! * You will need to have management experience with service engineers in the medical field. * Professionalism is essential and you will be reporting to the board, but you also need to be able to chat to your team on personal level. * It is vital that you've got a good attitude and strong "customer facing" experience, from any role, as your engagement with key stakeholders is vital to the business. * You will need experience working alongside the sales and marketing teams to develop the business strategy and help deliver growth. * Applications must live in UK and be in a location that is suitable to commute around the country, as required. * Full Driving Licence is essential. * Right to work in the UK is also essential – no sponsorship available (sorry).
