This role can be based either in London EC2A or Maidstone, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home. Within our portfolio you would cover one or more of the categories below dependent on your experience in these services: IT Services Cloud Solutions Collaboration Solutions Information Technology Services Unified CommunicationsResponsibilities: Assist in every stage of New Product Development, from conceptualisation to launch Coordinate product launches, ensuring smooth execution and timely delivery Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including marketing, sales, and product teams, to gather insights and align strategies Contribute innovative ideas and solutions to enhance our product offerings Support Go To Market plans by coordinating marketing activities and promotions Maintain comprehensive product documentation, including specifications, user manuals, and technical guides Analyse market trends and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation
