Estate Operative / Cleaning and Maintenance - Canary Wharf - £28k - (7:30 - 19:30) 4 on 4 off A well established high end property management company is looking for a Estate Operative for a new luxury development soon to be open You will join a new team in keeping the development in great condition and your duties will be mostly focused on the exterior and grounds of the development. Your duties will include Undertaking very basic repair works General yard and common area maintenance including sweeping, pressure washing and polishing Maintaining bin and storage areas Assisting with parcel deliveries and collections General upkeep of the buildings and surrounding areas Reporting of any issues and incidents to management for prompt resolution If you have residential, hotel or corporate back of house experience and looking for a great company with progression opportunity then please apply using link below.
