They deliver M&E installation contracts for construction projects within commercial high-spec engineering, residential and government facilities. Covering work across the South East you’ll be a key member of the management team. Package Below: * Mechanical Project Manager * £60k - £65k * Pension * Private health care * Life Insurance * Phone Duties: * Procurement of materials and labour * Commercial responsibility to final account * Programming and management of sub-contractors * Health and safety responsibilities * Account management * Prepare, schedule, coordinate and monitor the assigned engineering tasks * Preparation of key technical reviews and documentation * Monitor compliance to applicable codes, practices, QA/QC policies, performance standards and specifications * Interact daily with the clients to interpret their needs and requirements * Meeting with design consultants * Review engineering deliverables and initiate appropriate corrective actions. * Value engineering input and programme management Key Skills; * SMSTS * NVQ level 3 Heating & ventilation or similar * High level of knowledge in commercial and contractual issues in a project environment. * High level of Business awareness. * Ability to manage complex projects, determined by budget, technical variance and managed by third parties
