Job Title: Senior Quantity Surveyor Location: Birmingham, UK Salary: £75,000 + £7,500 car allowance Quantity Surveyor role with tier 1 contractor, bonus scheme, 7.5k car allowance Company: Tier 1 main contractor, looking to expand their commercial team with a Senior Quantity Surveyor, with projects ranging between £5-£50 million covering both the private and public sector. Sectors include Leisure, MOJ, MOD, Education, Health, and Offices. You would work alongside a Senior Quantity Surveyor. Requirements: • Experience as a Lead Surveyor on projects ranging between £20m to £50m • Familiarity with major structural work on existing buildings preferred. • Qualification in a building-related subject.
