Mechanical Engineer Pertemps Stoke are looking to recruit a Mechanical Engineer to join our well established client in the Newcastle-under-Lyme area. Key responsibilities of this Mechanical Engineer role: To work within the maintenance team to ensure the smooth running of the production machinery Implement the preventative maintenance programme and to document all repairs Carry out maintenance and repairs on production machinery Ensure all machines are in good working order Maintain factory hygiene standardsSkills required for this Mechanical Engineer role: Previous experience as a maintenance engineer An understanding of the manufacturing industry would be an advantage Ability to work alone and as part of a team Willing to learn new skillsWhat this Mechanical Engineer role has to offer: Salary - £27,000 Location: Stoke-on-Trent Monday to Friday Rotational shifts - 6am-2pm & 2pm-10pm Free onsite parkingIf you are interested in this Mechanical Engineer role please call Steph on (phone number removed)
