Sales Account Manager

Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to join their team. This is a field-based role, focused on developing existing clients together with generating new business in London & the South East. OTE £70,000 + Key Responsibilities for Sales Account Manager * Managing a portfolio of accounts to achieve long-term success * Increase sales in new Maintenance, Repair and Installation works * Developing positive relationships with clients * Acting as the main point of contact and handling customers’ individual needs * Generating new business using existing and potential customer networks * Resolving conflicts and providing solutions to customers in a timely manner Requirements * Proven experience in a sales position within the HVAC industry * Excellent communication and negotiation skills * Ability to deliver an exceptional customer experience * Problem-solving attitude * Knowledge of MS Office and Field Service Management Software * Prior experience within HVAC industry is essential We look forward to receiving your CV in relation to the above position
