Key Account Advisor £25,500 Leeds  100% Office based  Opportunity  Our client is one of the country’s fastest growing bathroom distribution companies. Due to growth, they are looking for a Key Account Advisor. Based in Leeds they are looking for an experienced B2B Sales Account Manager.  This role would be suited to someone who has B2B Bathroom sales experience. There is an opportunity to progress into a Field Sales role for the right candidate.  If you have demonstrable customer service experience gained in a very busy environment, a stable work history and you want to develop your skills and would like to be part of a forward thinking team please apply for this Key Account Advisor role ASAP. Duties  - Putting orders on to the system, mainly via email - Dealing with all associated queries - particularly deliveries, liaising with logistics daily regarding updates on proof od delivery - First point of contact for clients over the phone regarding orders placed, also advising the customers on the products - Answering queries and dealing with issues/concerns - Keeping up to date with brochure/product launches - Having a good understanding and knowledge of the products range, and having the ability to answer queries customers may have - Building rapport with new clients - Proactive in resolving any issues and keeping customers informed of issues/deliveries Experience Required Previous customer service experience is essential, ideally from a bathroom customer service background Excellent telephone manner Great attention to detail Experience in handling a high volume of calls IT proficient Worked in a busy and pressurised environment  Can work on own initiative  To apply for the Key Account Advisor role, please send your CV and we will review and make contact with you immediately.   Your Talent Solutions is a recruitment company that specialises in projects and programmes
