REED Engineering are once again supporting their Oil & Gas service client who are looking to add a Customer Service Engineer to their team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working as part of a team who work together to support the subsea industry. This business is experiencing a huge 2024. With this expected to continue, it is an exciting time to come on board. Day-to-day duties will include: Dealing with inbound customer queries, offering technical support where appropriate Recommending equipment based on nature of project Reading of engineering drawings / wiring diagrams / schematics Processing of orders Liaising with workshop to organise estimated delivery date We are looking for candidates who: Have office-based experience working in a technical capacity Have an Electrical background (advantageous) Are capable of reading engineering drawings and have dealt with technical specifications in the past If this sounds like you, apply today
