Mortgage Advisor

Our clients, a Mortgage brokerage in the Preston area, are looking to recruit a Mortgage Advisor to join their team. The position will be office-based, writing Mortgage business from leads provided. Our clients are happy to consider a fully qualified Advisor or Trainee Advisor with part CeMAP qualifications Salary package on offer for the role of Mortgage Advisor £25,000 Basic OTE £35,000 - £45,000 Leads provided Tiered Commission scheme Bonus scheme Well being package Career Growth Free Parking   Working Hours: Monday – Friday 8.45am – 5pm (1 late evening until 8pm) 1 in 3 Saturdays working remotely 9am – 2pm Requirements for the role of Mortgage Advisor Part CeMAP OR Fully Qualified Experience in Customer service / Sales Ability to close for business Responsibilities included in the role of Mortgage Advisor Conducting Mortgage appointments via video or phone call Recommending Mortgage products Writing Mortgage business Due to the high amounts of applications if you have not been contacted within 7 days, please consider your application unsuccessful.
