Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer

GRADUATE CIVIL/STRUCTURAL ENGINEER POSITION:  Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer LOCATION: Commutable Hull , Beverley , Driffield , Selby , Goole , Grimsby, Doncaster, York, Scunthorpe SALARY:  £27k - £37k depending on experience THE ROLE: Our client are currently recruiting for a Graduate Civil/Structural Engineer to join their team on a full time permanent basis. The successful Civil/Structural Engineer will be working Monday to Friday in the office working alongside experienced Civil / Structural Engineers.  You will be undertaking calculations , design work and design management for a variety of different projects. You will either be a recent Graduate with a Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or you will have 2-3 years design experience on a wide range of civil/ structural projects having graduated in the last few years.  A route to Chartership is available for the right candidate. DUTIES Producing engineering designs for a variety of different projects, mainly industrial Preparing calculations for steel , concrete, timber and masonry,  compiling written reports and checking over contract drawings Liaising with clients Site visits when required for the projects you are working on SKILLS/EXPERIENCE Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Excellent communication skills Familiar with UK standards or equivalent Euro Codes and have the ability to work in a multi-disciplinary team To find out more about the Graduate Civil / Structural Engineering role please contact Steve Ball on the number provided GRADUATE CIVIL / STRUCTURAL DESIGN
