Air Conditioning Engineer (Static - Site Based)

Job Title: Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer (Static - Site based) Location: Central London, WC2 Salary: £45,000 basic salary per annum Benefits: Annual leave, Annual bonus’, overtime pay, training opportunities An exciting opportunity has arisen for a site based Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer to join a leading facilities management company in London. We are seeking a skilled and dedicated individual to cover a building in Central London, providing maintenance and repair services for HVAC systems and chillers. Key Responsibilities: * Conduct maintenance and repair tasks on air conditioning units and chiller systems. * Perform minor electrical tasks related to HVAC equipment. * Covering central and greater London areas to service various client sites. * Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies. * Complete all work in accordance with health and safety regulations. Requirements: * Level 2 or higher in Air Conditioning & Refrigeration * F-Gas Category 1 (2079) * Proven experience as an Air Conditioning & Chiller Engineer. * Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and chillers. * Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently. * Excellent communication and customer service skills.
