As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in coordinating and managing the movement of goods and personnel, ensuring timely deliveries and cost-effective solutions. Responsibilities: Assist in delivering the operation against the agreed dispatch schedules. Scheduling and monitoring of all routes and drivers Ensure that the operation performs safely Comply with all Health and Safety and Food Hygiene regulation standards. Assist in the planning and execution of transportation routes and schedules. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate shipments and deliveries. Monitor transportation activities to ensure adherence to schedules and regulations. Analyze data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement. Assist in negotiating contracts with transportation providers. Provide administrative support as needed, including maintaining records and preparing reports. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience). Strong organizational and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in MS Office suite and transportation management software.
