Field Service Engineer Merseyside £40,000 - £50,000 + Training + Van + Overtime + Bonus + Progression Are you looking for an electrical engineering field-based role covering the UK and Internationally for a switchgear specialist? This a great opportunity for an electrical engineer seeking day to day variety, regular overtime and technically interesting work. The company are a specialist switchgear company with international connection who provide support with commissioning and service. The role involves supporting clients with technical support, project-related risk assessments, method statements and commissioning of switchgear. You will be involved with service, maintenance, protection testing, upgrades and breakdown investigations. The role requires visits across UK sites as well as international travel overseas, offshore and marine based. The candidate will have the following attributes- Strong initiative and competence Excellent customer service Effective Communication Skills Ability to work under pressure Written Communication Problem Solving Skills Knowledge of Switchgear Education- Time Served Electrical engineering apprenticeship.
