Customer Service Advisor


Sales & Customer Service Assistant Salary £23,000 + bonus Monday - Friday 8:30am-5pm Location - Swindon Knowledge, Skills & Experience Required * Customer Focused * Problem solving ability relating to customer service * PC literate * Excellent communication skills * Excellent organisational skills * Excellent administration skills * Experience of working in a pressurized environment * Proven sales background * Product knowledge * Proactive sales calling * Short learning curve * Keen attention to detail * Ability to multi-task Key Results Areas * Ensuring all orders are processed accurately and on time, in full. * Ensure customer quotations and customer correspondence are completed in a professional manner. * All cash handling must be dealt with in line with company policy. * Achieve sales and margin targets of the branch * Target new customers. * Follow up all enquiries. * Ensure that all held orders are chased and customers contacted for payments. * Order back to back stock in line with company policies. * Help out with stock take. * Non stock and stock purchasing. * Minimise stock transfers between branch and CDC by following 4x procedures. * Complete all sales reports as required, i.e. footfalls, lost orders etc… * Ensuring all compliance of business controls. * Compliance to all health and safety legislation. * Any other reasonable duty as defined by the company
