Description As a Customer Service Advisor you will be working for a reputable law firm within a regulated environment handling a high volume of calls and ensuring the best level of customer service at all times. You will be managing your own caseload of customers making sure service level agreements are exceeded and the process is as smooth and efficient as possible.
