Customer service / Sales co-ordinator


Sterling Recruitment Services are currently working with our client in Keighley who are looking to recruit an experienced customer service / Sales co-ordinator to join their team on a permanent basis. Our client is a large manufacturer providing their products to a range of client with in their field. Due to their continued growth, they are looking to further grow their team. Duties Include: * Process orders in various formats * Handle all customer correspondence * Check stocking levels for customer orders * Produce sales reports * Liaise with different departments * Check regularly with customer order progress * Review customer forecasts and send reports to the planners Personal Specification: * Strong communication skills * Be heavily customer focused * Strong attention to detail * Proactive approach to work * Strong IT skills Working hours of the role are Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 4:30pm from site. The salary of the role is between £24,000 - £26,000 per annum
