Our client are a unique financial services organisation dedicated to providing exceptional banking services and financial solutions to their valued customers.
With a strong commitment to excellence, innovation, and customer satisfaction they have made a significant investment in technology to deliver efficient, up-to-date banking services in a mobile, 24/7 digital world and are looking for Customer Service Representatives to join their growing Banking team. with both a Permanent and 12 Month FTC available.
A typical day will see you handling calls and dealing with queries regarding payments , setting up new accounts, making changes to direct debits, closing accounts and many more. You will also be corresponding with clients over the phone, webchat and/or email.
As you can imagine no two days are the same in this fast-paced environment and you will need to be be able to adapt your approach to suit each customer's individual needs.
To be successful in this role you will need:
Hours are Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. After 6 Months office-based working there will be the opportunity to spend part of your time working from home.
